Unfortunately, this service is currently not available due to high costs and material losses. But we can re-consider it after reviewing full details through our e-mail.

All our products will be received with premium gift packaging. However, you can request flowers/gift cards when placing any order within Muscat with extra charges.

Please make sure you are satisfied with your order and have already checked delivery/billing details before confirming any purchases. Once it has placed, we cannot make any changes or cancelations.

Exchanges are ONLY allowed for received items which does not match the description on its invoice. In case it is not available in our stores, we can offer you an exchange with any other item of your choice with same price or full refund excluding taxes. 

Some of our products include warranty valid for specific period as mentioned on its invoice. The warranty covers workmanship defects only. However, repair services are now available. We will do our best to repair the faulty item, depending on its condition. However, this service is not guaranteed for all types of damages.

Any form of price adjustment to orders is not applicable unless you have a valid discount code.
